Yes,I got a new camera. My hubby's been giving me lessons on iso and fstops and what not. Still trying to figure out the bells and whistles. I probably took about 30 shots using all the different settings. I don't have a filter for this camera and the moon was so bright, making it difficult.
Hi Robin, Happy WW! I like your moon shots, my camera won't take pictures of the moon. I would like a better one but can't see spending money on it when the one I have will do most things nicely. The moon was the closest to earth it will get this year just this month. Our moon was beautiful. Thank you for checking on the white Christmas tree I found. It belongs to a friend in the neighborhood. Thank you for your nice comment. ..
Not necessarly for a publication this comment. I am glad you are finishing your education. It will change your life and your way of life regardless of what if anything you do with it in the line of working. I did that, I went back to school after being out for eleven years. It took eleven years of night school but it was worth it to me. When I finished I taught (business) at a community college for 22 years until I retired. I would like to take art appreciation but probably aren't motivated enough to finish one. ..

That is stunning. I wondered if I was looking into a pool at first.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky shots! Didn't you mention getting a new camera? Hope you're loving it.

What awesome pictures!
ReplyDeleteI love shots of the sky. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteThose are way cool! I love the texture of them. Is the second one just stopped down from the "normal" exposure, or did you do that in post production?
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! I wish I had a live in teacher.

ReplyDeleteMojo: I took pictures on a dozen different settings. These two were on sepia and black and white. They came out better than any of the others.
