New York Vacation Wind Up!

We are tired, tired, tired, but had a a wonderful time. New York City is awesome and every one was very friendly and helpful. The weather was 60 - 80 degrees with some humidity and we ended up doing a lot of walking. Father took my picture disk with him to work today to show our employees so I wasn't able to post anything today. Unless you wanted to bored by a totally and very wordy, wordy wordy, commentary of our trip. I finally finished typing it up a few minutes ago and will mix in pictures with it tomorrow, then post. Will probably break it up because it is five days of travel news.

It felt so good to come home to our quiet house...New York City is actually quite noisy with all its hustle and bustle. Luna was ever so glad to see us and has been giving us loves and kisses. She woke me up at 8:00 this morning and refused to let me go back to sleep. Nuzzle Nuzzle Nuzzle.

Father got up soon afterward - still on New York time - and I went out grocery shopping to fill our empty refrigerator before he took off for work. James and I spent a lazy day hanging out - he unfortunately now has a full blown cold.

I ended up reading about 4 books during our travels so will be writing up reviews for those in the next few days.

Stay tuned!

  2. Wow! I loved seeing your New York adventure. I have to say that one of the hardest things about traveling is the time change. By the time you get up and get ready to go, you only have a couple of hours before everything closes. We experienced that quite a bit on our trip back east. We spent Hannah's 13th birthday in the one restaurant we could find open at 12 midnight. Fun Times!!!!
